Howdy folks - firebug appears to be breakpointing on every exception
that gets thrown - is that correct? and if so - how can I get it to
stop?

I'm doing some Facebook development at the moment, and Facebook seems
to fancy itself as The source of random javascript errors on the web,
so every time I open up the application I am confronted with a large
and varying number of breaks in facebooks javascript which firebug
stops on. As you can imagine this is slowing development down a wee
bit.

Any hlpe would be appreciated,

thanks

It looks like you have break-on error enabled.

Go to the Console panel and uncheck the "Break on All Errors" button
in the toolbar

You can also try: Firebug icon menu (toolbar) -> Options -> Reset All
Firebug Options

Also make sure there are no breakpoints in the Breakpoints side panel
(within the Script panel).

Does it help?

Awesome. Couldn't find the "Break on all errors" option, but the Reset
All worked a treat.

Thanks for that :)
