Can I install firebug in IE ?  or Firebug light supports IE ?  Then how can I do that ?

Firebug is a pure Firefox / Seamonkey add-on. Firebug Lite works on IE. See the Firebug Lite page for how to get it to work. Though note that Firebug Lite is not actively maintained at the moment.
