If I open Firebug on:

I see bunch of CSS rules in the CSS panel. You don't see anything?

Reinstalling Firebug doesn't usually help since the user profile
(and also the thing that sometimes make troubles) is still the
same. The recommendation is usually to create a new Firefox
profile and install only Firebug in it.

Note that the problem could be caused by collisions with other
extensions. Do you have any installed?

Unfortunately Friendly Bug isn't maintained anymore.
So the only "fix" is to disable/remove it.

Βασίλειος, is Friendly Bug also the culprit for you?

Hi...

I am so sorry for this massive delay.

I was using an older version of firebug that was compatible with Friendly Bug (i guess).

I have now disabled Friendly Bug...and all works fine.
