Firebug 1.9.0a1 and FF6 issues

Hi

I have an issue with Firebug not working / locking the screen.

I upgraded from FF5 > FF6 and also upgraded Firebug 1.73 > 1.81

The issue started then. If I try to reload a page when Firebug is
active, it locks the screen and I have to close firebug first and then
re-load the page, then reopen firebug ! What a pain!

So, I upgraded to Firebug 1.9.0a1 - but the issue persists.

I've disabled EVERY addon and plugin and still the issue persists, so
I'm not sure what else to try.

Advice please.

Here is what I am trying:

1) Load getfirebug.com
2) Enable all Firebug panels
3) Select the Script panel
4) Reload the page.

The page doesn't freeze.

Perhaps it's related a specific page. What page should I use?

Does "Firebug menu -> Options -> Reset All Firebug Options" help?

Does creating new Firefox profile help?

Thanks for your reply.

After trying numerous fixes, I gave up and I just couldn't find the issue - so I deleted FF and reinstalled.

It's all working fine again now - so I can only assume it was a profile issue.
Sorry - I didn't keep a copy!

Lost all my saved passwords, but that's not a bad thing ;-)
