firebug crashes firefox

I'm running Firefox 2.0.0.6 with Firebug 1.05 on Mandriva Free 2006.

I have been upgrading and using the binary version of the Fox from
Mozilla, so I'm not compiling my own, and I don't have the Sothink SWF
Catcher extension installed. Firebug crashes the browser without fail
whenever it is enabled.

Here are the other add-ons I am running:

CSSViewer 1.0.2
DOM Inspector 1.8.1.6
Flashblock 1.5.4.1
Javascript Debugger 0.9.87
Talkback 2.0.0.6
User Agent Switcher 0.6.10

Any thoughts?

I've also heard of problems on MacOS with 2.0.0.6. Any crash of FF is
a FF bug, not a Firebug bug. Sometime we can work around it.
You can try the 1.1 preview version on http://fireclipse.xucia.com
with talkback enabled. If you get the dialog after a crash please
comment "fireclipse" and let me know. I can look at the stack trace.
