When I open it for a tab, and refresh that tab, it doesn't remember
being pinned up. Is this happening for anyone else?

Some users report this, we don't see it. Seems like another extension
is interfering?
You can try
Firebug Icon Menu > Optoins > Reset All Options: does it help?
Install 1.4X from http://getfirebug.com/releases/firebug/1.4X, follow
instructions for tracing ERRORS on http://groups.google.com/group/firebug/web/faq-about-firebug
Install Firebug in a new Firefox profile.

Hi,
for is still up, but, its on evry tab.
Have allrdy resetet to defaults, but still, if i have opend for 1 page
(tab), its still open on all tabs.
