i want it to behave like older firebug where all panel were activated
whether the firebug window opened or not. if this function isn't there
can you please include this to next version. or if there is a setting
somewhere that i am missing please post here. thank you very much.

1. The first time you use Firebug, Right click status bar icon, Enable
All Panels. One time only.
2. Use the Firefox location bar to enter the site you want to debug
3. Click the Firebug Status Bar Icon to open Firebug.  One time only
per site.
4. Click the Firebug Status Bar Icon a second time to minimize
Firebug.

If you close the Firefox tab, then later revisit the site, Firebug
will again be active on that page.
