The Mozilla Labs project on a browser based IDE that I mention in our
weekly call is now announced:
http://labs.mozilla.com/2009/02/introducing-bespin/ They have plans for a Firebug integration. The use model is not quite
clear to me, so I don't know whether at client side Firefox extension
based integration or a server side remote integration (or both?) is
appropriate.
Really looking forward to working with you to see how best to do this.
There are definitely different use cases (being able to set breakpoints in
the editor and communicate to FB etc). I would love to explore this with
folks and see what interesting ones make sense.
Cheers,
Dion

Looking forward to doing some brainstorming in march. Maybe we should
use the regular firebug meeting time slot on march 3 to wire in some
more people.
