Psychic Self-defense against Harmful Energies Projected by (alive or
deceased) Evil Individuals

someone suffering,
and falsely blaming
'the government')

Unfortunately, you have not been educated about the nature of life
- and you can blame any government for that lack, not just your own
government.

You have not been educated about the nature of life, so your
experiences "do not compute."

'

In reality, in actuality, you are trying to defend yourself and your
body against an individual

- all individuals, all persons are spirits, including yourself,
and all individuals create (mostly good) Life Energies, which
they emanate, and FEW individuals, of an Evil disposition
create HARMFUL, Poisonous Life Energies, and inflict these on
others -

and it is most likely someone who is deceased, but not
necessarily, and who is extremely Evil,

who tries to hit your own Life Energy away from you, by knocking you
out with his or her Harmful Energies,

so as to obtain yours for himself or herself, and also otherwise to
try and destroy your life - also by projecting Hate Energy to others,
in such a way, that these then assume it comes from you at them.

Defenses:

1. Identify the person(s) - who is it that attacks you and your
body (which for you is maybe difficult to see or guess, but for
a clairvoyant it is likely easy).

Use a Life Energy Fluctuation meter, however. It mostly shows up
who the attacker is, as his or her or its infliction of Harmful
Energy, reacts by far the strongest and persistently, on the
meter.

This is the main remedy, so that you 'know your enemy,' and thus
have a 'handle' on the attacking Energies. You know WHAT and
WHOM you fight,

which makes things very much easier also in case you feel
like getting angry at being attacked and at having your
life ruined constantly by someone who enjoys to do so.

Already, the attacker is Blinding you, by hitting you at and
behind your nose, causing your body to sneeze and thus to
release the Energy for Perception that you store around your
pituitary,

or behind your '6th chakra' (Life Energy tube of your
body) - if you like to use that terminology for the
structure of your body.

You write, that you are familiar with the term Chi:

Poisonous Life Energy, is 'Bad Chi' created and projected
by the attacker.

These are PARTICLES - Fine Particles, hence

Fine Particle Physics or FPP.

2. As you already said - when you create a lot of Energy yourself,
then the attacker can not or not easily penetrate your Energies
(of your body and of your soul).

As the body itself does NOT need sleep, but you as a spirit
prefer to sleep at times, in order not to remain aware of or
not to become aware of too much Ugliness inflicted in and on
your body, and not aware of (to feel) too much other Evil
Energies,

you might postpone sleeping for a while if you can easily do
that while your own Energy is high enough not to fall asleep
at all.

Generally, sleep not if you are not tired: Break with the
hypnotism, that "if you do not sleep, you will feel bad."

Find out for yourself, when and how much sleep YOU prefer,
and if you actually do feel bad or not.

By the way, also NEVER FORCE CHILDREN TO SLEEP. If you want to
get rid of them for a time, for whatever reason or unreason,
then be decent enough to tell them,

rather than destroying the rest of THEIR life, by YOUR
lying to them about yourself.

3. Water, moving water especially, 'rinses' away Harmful Energies
inflicted on or in your body.

Water has a very high ability to absorb human Life Energies.
So drinking water, taking showers, swimming, etc.. helps.

High amounts of alive food (fresh meat and large amounts of
vegetables, grains, nuts, fruit etc. - all that is alive) eaten
whenever you are hungry, are needed especially when the body is
under constant attack and thus gets constantly depleted of its
Life Energy.

4. Clean, powerful Life Energy CAN keep Harmful Energies inflicted,
at bay.

Which means, that if you are spiritually embraced (that is, if
you are embraced by such Energies from someone), then you are
indeed in a protective 'shell.'

This can be highly useful when you are asleep, when someone is
willing and capable of thus defending you.

Parents may do that for a child who is being attacked by any
"non-existing" (nobody-hiding-under-the-bed-or-in-the-cupboard)
evil or nasty spirit (a deceased person) - and the parents take
a frightened child in their bed for the rest of the night.

5. Feeling, connecting AND STAYING CONNECTED to, that is, feeling
spiritually people with Clean and powerful Life Energies:

CLEAN friends, WHO ARE NOT LIFE ENERGY VAMPIRES.

In other words, NOT the recently deceased Michael Jackson
or similar individuals,

NOR to his friends and admirers, because these ARE
connected to him, they worship him.

6. Learn by heart the four major types of Harmful Life Energy, that
are projected all the time by (alive or dead) Evil people.

7. Study the nature and mechanisms and intentions - in order to
defend against these - of hypnotism and/or stage 'magic.'
Those methods are similar to the methods used in attacks by
Evil (alive or dead) individuals.

8. Study Fine Particle Physics, INSTEAD of falsely blaming all
kind of people, or your own body, etc. etc., or yourself even

- because false blame not only makes you act and think entirely
psychotic, as is common with present medical "science," and
other "scientific" belief-systems, but

assigning the very FALSE cause, is ALSO executing exactly the
intention of the attacking, Evil individual, on you.

Finally:

If you continue to refuse to know and study anything, as described
above, about life itself, then I will not further communicate to you
nor help you,

as you - in reality then - refuse to actually defend yourself and,
as importantly, others; and then you rather blame the wrong source
and the wrong action, for the trouble that you and others do indeed
experience.
