FIMCO spray width will vary from 80 inches on 2 nozzle models and for
boomless 3 nozzles 30 foot wide spray pattern, just make sure your pump
will handle the total flow rate of the spray boom. There are diffrent
types of boom some with long boom wing extensions that will vary in
flow rates also.
How far will the FIMCO hand wand spray?
FIMCO spot sprayers are adjustable from a fine mist to a jet stream,
which will spray up to 30 feet on 12 volt systems and 60 foot on gas
powered power sprayers.
Does the FIMCO 12 volt sprayer have it's own battery?
No not always, most FIMCO sprayers come with a wiring harness with a
quick connect and gator clips for battery connecting, so that the leads
may be left hooked to the tractor battery, and simply unplug the wiring
harness, if you use a separate battery you will have to charge it at
the end of the day.
Can chemicals be stored in FIMCO tanks for long periods of time?
NO! FIMCO sprayer tanks, pumps, hoses and guns should always be flushed
after each use. Also in cold freeze weather make sure the spray tank,
pump, hose and gun will not freeze and break drain water and store in
warm area.
Can diesel fuel or gasoline be sprayed with FIMCO sprayers?
No, absolutely not. Never spray any type of flammable liquid or
material with a FIMCO sprayer.
