RDA implementation date

Hi all.

Just a head's up on RDA implementation: http://www.loc.gov/catdir/cpso/news_rda_implementation_date.html

Australia will be implementing it at the same time.

Hope the Philippines won't be far behind.

Dear Peachy,

The BFL has already recommended its implementation but many, including me objected because of training needs. There should be a training of trainors first before the implementation.
