> 9:37am Sony Releases The Mark of Kri

Sony Computer Entertainment America on Tuesday announced the release of The
Mark of Kri for PS2. The game stars the warrior Rau - who must prevent the
invoking of an ancient spell that holds the power to unleash great evil. Along
with his trusted spirit guide - a large black bird named Kuzo - Rau embarks on
a journey that requires stealth and action moves. Kuzo plays a crucial
strategic role in the quest with his ability to retrieve items and distract
opponents as well as scout ahead for looming danger.

Mark of Kri offers a unique combat system in which the player can attack
enemies in all directions. Players in stealth or combat mode use the right
analog stick to lock-on to up to nine opponents at a time and can perform
numerous combinations to defeat enemies. Selecting targets and using the best
weapon and tactic for the situation takes precedence over pure annihilation of
the enemies.
