HELP- Dog in 12th south needs a foster or forever home ASAP

The owner no longer wants her so she has just been letting her roam
free in hopes someone will claim her. She has almost been hit and etc.
Anyone that has found her has asked around and Lady has been returned
to her owner everytime. I just found her today and took her to the
owner and she said was going to call the pound to take her because she
can't afford 2 dogs. I met with this lady a month ago about helping
with the dogs and getting them fixed. She never filled the paperwork
or etc and has one excuse after the other.
Lady is so sweet. Great with other dogs, kids and extremely docile. I
know she needs fixed and not sure she has ever seen a vet. She
deserves a loving home. I have her now but with currently 3 dogs can't
keep her especially not knowing her vet status. She is no cost but
needs to be an inside dog. I have lots of pictures but we need to find
her a home ASAP or even a foster until a home can be found. Please
