2 loose dogs spotted going North on 9th Ave S around Gilmore Ave
intersection. One was a peppy little jack russell, the other an older
looking black lab mix. I called to them offering "treats, bones, etc"
to see if the lab's blue collar had a tag, but they jogged away from
me.
