small bug in ColumnRankProfile and RowRankProfile

Hello,


there is a small bug in 'RowRankProfile' and 'ColumnRankProfile'

Instead of the given (inout) parameter

size_t* rkprofile

it should be a reference to the pointer:

size_t* & rkprofile
