I realize I'm asking for something unsupported in the hardware
readers, but I can generate this output in other products. Can you
make DVCPRO HD work with 23.976fps and 24fps sources?

Hi Chris,
DVCPROHD 24P is a bit tricky to implement and I don't plan to implement it
anytime soon.
