Just trying out FFmbc-0.7-rc5.

This is a very minor issue but it doesn't print out the version number
anymore.
$ ffmbc
FFmbc version
Copyright (c) 2008-2011 Baptiste Coudurier and the FFmpeg developers

It used to say:
$ ffmbc-0.7-rc4
FFmbc version 0.7-rc4
Copyright (c) 2008-2011 Baptiste Coudurier and the FFmpeg developers

Looks like the VERSION file is missing.
I've added it back locally and it outputs the correct version now.
