As of the application submission deadline (December 2, 2009), the PI
must:
1) have been in the laboratory in which this research is to be
performed for no more
than 2 years,
2) have a total of less than 4 years of postdoctoral research
experience (excluding
clinical residency or fellowship training), and
3) successfully complete the requirements for a doctoral or medical
degree.
