The Fulbright Foreign Student Program brings foreign graduate students to the U.S. for study and/or research, including Master’s and Ph.D. programs, in addition to non-degree programs and academic training. This Program includes a wide range of fields, excluding clinical medicine. Approximately 3,000 new and renewal grants are awarded each year.
The Fulbright Program for Foreign Students is administered by binational Fulbright Commissions/Foundations or U.S. Embassies. All Foreign Student Program applications are processed by these offices.
