Application Deadline: March 15th, 2009
Individual Scholarship Awards: $500- $5,000

Scholarships are NOW available for students who plan to study or are
studying Accounting, Allied Health, Business, Computer Science,
Computer Engineering, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology,
Medicine, Mental Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Public Health.

Scholarships are ALSO available for students who are the first in
their family to attend college/university, students alleviating hunger
in the United States, students of Puerto Rican descent who reside in
Puerto Rico, graduate students in business, finance, accounting,
computer science or computer engineering, and PhD students in computer
science or computer engineering.

* must have earned and maintain a cumulative Grade Point Average
of a 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
* must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident residing in
the United States or Puerto Rico
* must be (or plan to be) enrolled full-time at an accredited
college or university in the United States or Puerto Rico for the
2009-2010 school year
* must demonstrate financial need

Founded in 1993, the Hispanic College Fund is a nonprofit organization
