Felix version 1.5.1 released

I've just released version 1.5.1 of Felix.

Some of the main improvements/fixes in this version:

* You can choose the destination glossary when registering entries (from a drop-down list in the Register Glossary dialog)
[Note: Look for more incremental improvements in this area in coming releases.]

* Improved support for PowerPoint (especially 2007)

* Behavior to delete identical glossary entries when deleting a memory entry removed
