Accept-encoding headers

Hi,

Is there a particular reason why Feed#add_feed_to_multi does not set
the Accept-encoding headers to gzip, deflate just like in
Feed#add_url_to_multi ?

Ah, forgot my second question:

Is there a particular reason why Feed#add_feed_to_multi does not use
the decode_content method (just like in Feed#add_url_to_multi) to
extract the xml instead of assuming its in body_str ?
