What is the difference between these two feedburner URLs?

It seems I lost 1200 subscribers when I changed my original feed
(because I switched from Typepad to Wordpress). I updated the original
feed in my site's account here at Feedburner.

My "feed address" shows up as http://feeds.feedburner.com/scoutiegirl/NNCg

However, it seems those 1200 subscribers are subscribed to
http://feeds.feedburner.com/scoutiegirl (which has not updated since
my switch).

They were included in my statistics before the switch. Why not now?
Also, why isn't that feed updating?

My original feed url is: http://www.scoutiegirl.com/feed

This is a major problem. I'm not talking about loosing 20 subscribers
here and there or my statistics going up & down. This is the loss of
1200 readers, which affects my business & my livelihood.

I followed all instructions that I am aware of.

Is there no one from Google that can help me with this problem?

Go to Settings - Site Feed - Then enter the name of your website....
That should get the subscribers back. and link them directly to your
website.
Not sure why the Feed sends them to a blueish background website.

That didnt work... still working this out...
I'm on the FeedBurner site now trying new things..
Looks like the Feedburner is a marketing strategy to get people to add
your Feed to the various links it posts at the top of the FeedBurner
version of your site.

That site allows your feed to be a gadget in simpler terms. And once
your viewers select how they would like to see it, makes it possible
for repeat customers.
Thats if they add your gadget.

Thanks, xjthingx, but I understand the purpose of Feedburner. That's
kind of the problem.

I understand it and it's not working properly.

Anyone else have an idea of how to sync up these two feeds?
