Email and RSS have NEVER worked! Help!!!

My subscribers have never received any email or RSS updates from my
blog. From day one they have had to visit my blog's website to read
any new posts. I have tried pinging and I have re-synced and still
nothing!

When I try to ping, I get this message:

Your Ping resulted in an Error "We were unable to process your ping.
You must ping with a URL that exactly matches the channel link (RSS)
or alternate link (Atom) in your top level feed element pointing back
to your website (e.g http://myblog.blogspot.com/), or use your feed
URL (e.g. http://feeds.feedburner.com/myuri)."

My blog's address is www.craftincowgirl.blogspot.com.

This is sooooo frustrating and I want my readers to get updates!

HELP PLEASE!
