Stale cache when no User-Agent present?

Hi, when using a HTTP Request with no User-Agent set, I seem to be
getting redirected to a stale cache? Does feedburner require a User-
Agent?

You can duplicate this issue with a wget: (notice the different feed
when setting a user agent and when not).

Yes. An user-agent is required.

No other header. However, if your site/client requests FeedBurner
feeds frequently, please use conditional GET.
