Not getting a Feedburner Subscription I'm signed up for

I'm signed up for a friend's blog posts, but I never get them anymore. She changed either the url or her blog name and her feed stopped coming to my email. I tried to resubscribe, but it shows that I'm already subscribing to her. I'd be happy to unsubscribe so I can subscribe again, but can't find any way to do that. I'd love any suggestions.

What's the old and the new blog URL ?

Did she set up the necessary redirects from the old feed URLs to the new ones ?

I don't believe she did. I'm not actually sure what she changed. What I'd really like to do is drop the old subscription and start a new one with her new one. I don't remember what the old url was, but this is the new one: http://journey-through-clouds.blogspot.com/ Any suggestions of how to unsubscribe would be appreciated. =)

She clearly didn't do all the required things when she changed her blog URL.

When going to journey-through-clouds.blogspot.com and looking at the feedburner feed email subscription gadget on the left,

one can see that it's using the feedburner feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/JourneyThroughTheClouds as the feed.

The problem is that http://feeds.feedburner.com/JourneyThroughTheClouds is using 

http://mackenzie-clouds.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default as the original feed, which she should've redirected to 

http://journey-through-clouds.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default , but didn't.

She should've also changed the Original Feed in her feedburner settings.

So all that anyone could be getting would be the single stub post visible at http://mackenzie-clouds.blogspot.com
