Feed Not Updating

Our site was using too much bandwidth so the people at GoDaddy
suggested we purchase a virtual dedicated server & IP address, which
we did. The site now runs great--however, since the change our feed is
no longer working. Our domain has not changed...just our IP address
and we feel like maybe that is why the feed is now broken. How do we
go about fixing this?

We've tried everything in the trouble shooting section.

When we try re-syncing it we get this message: There is an issue that
must be addressed with your source feed for the feed "Thistlewood
Farm" Error getting URL: 404 - Not Found

When we try pinging it, we get this message: Your Ping resulted in an
Error "We were unable to process your ping. You must ping with a URL
that exactly matches the channel link (RSS) or alternate link (Atom)
in your top level feed element pointing back to your website (e.g
http://myblog.blogspot.com/), or use your feed URL (e.g.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/myuri)."

Please help ASAP.
