Timeout while fetching the feed and 512k error, both not true

my feed stopped working, it  updates itself on feedburner, but it is not sending email to subscribers, also, when I try "edit feed details" and click on save, i get "timeout while fetching the feed", but the feed is superfast, i am not blocking feedurner, log files has no errors etc....... and, when i try to resync i get feed is larger than 512k, and my feed is NOT larger than this... it is about 150k and i just ckeched it... please look:

hello, i believe i whitelisted your ip.... anyway now my feed is working already, i discovered a WEIRD thing, maybe this can help other, i had some ips blocked in htaccess with "xxx" like 111.111.xxx.xxx, i had to remove all those entries, even if it was not feedburner ips, after this and after removing comment lines like this:

Deny from 111.111.111.111 #my comments

I had to remove all the #anything from my htaccess, after this, feed was working again, WEIRD......

Nope, still getting the 403 error - after several seconds of waiting. 85.76.13.xxx

Getting the error now even with Opera Turbo enabled ( 217.212.230.21 )

well my friend I have geoblocking enabled, you appeared to be from finland, I whitelisted finland, proxy is from poland, i whitelisted poland for now, but you should be able to enter now...
