Google does not Search or List my Blog Since Feedburner, What
Happened? When I first subscribed to Feedburner, the search engine
almost IMMEDIATELY dropped all my Google Results. I was sickened. I
read everything that I could to figure out what happened.
I went to Google Webmaster tools and tried to submit a sitemap, but it
kept saying that my feed was invalid. The different feed validators
said it worked, but Google Site Maps didn't like it. I could never get
the site map address to be accepted at Google. I finally found a
variation of a site map extension on the internet that Google Site
Maps would Accept from someone else that had the same problem.
However, even with the accepted map, no more Google Searches, No more
search results. Even the few search Results that I did have
disappeared.

But now Google no longer searches my site. All of the comments posted
ABOUT my site on other blogs and websites show up in a day or two on
the Google Search Engine.

My blog hasn't been "Crawled" by Google since May 15th, the day I
started using Feedburner. What Happened. I had lots of Google search
results BEFORE Feedburner. Now I get one poor one. And thats if I put
in my name in Quotes, "John Le Sainte" and Nostradamus and my address
http://Nostradamusnewpredictions.blogspot.com. My Name, John Le
Sainte, shows up about 500 times on my Blogger blog and in my
postings. But since feedburner, If I put the term "John Le Sainte"
into quotations by itself, I don't return even one single hit for my
own site, but over 40 hits for other sites mentioning mine. And those
sites show the previous days postings every single day.

When my Blog home page is in a Google Search Result, The ONE single
solitary listing, It says that Links pointing to my site have the
Search Terms. Then, if you open the "Cached" choice and it says The
Search Terms were in LINKS pointing to your site. However, my page is
filled with those exact words that are not highlighted!

Is this what happens every time to someone that Chooses Feedburner?
You should at least warn people that Google will stop listing your
site if you choose Feedburner.

My Email is JohnLeSainte at gmail.com please someone tell me what
happened! What did feedburner do to my blog??

John

Do I need to get rid of Feedburner? What do I do?

Hmmm. I think that your introducing Feedburner might have nothing to
do with this problem...

Please search for your site keywords, and check if your site is listed
at all. Links to your site does not count. See if your site comes up
in a search result page in Google.

If it doesnt, then your site might be blacklisted for some reason. If
thats the case, visit Google Webmaster Central, and if you have an
account, check its messages. If you dont have a Webmaster Central
account, create one, and shoot them a mail asking why your site isnt
listed anymore.

This might be the case, and I don't think Feedburner is the cause for
your site being dropped from Google. But ofcourse, I'm no expert in
Feedburner, and you could wait till a moderator or an experienced user
comments.

Cheers,
Mohan

I'm going through an identical situation. Added Feedburner recently
and now I'm out of the search results. I definitely want to figure out
what happened here.
