Have 2 existing feeds but can only find access to one

Long story short, last spring my website was hacked and filled with malware. It was the second time in 4 weeks that it happened and after paying to have my site cleaned the first time I couldn't afford a second cleaning so I deleted everything and started over new.

Prior to the hacking I had a feedburner email subscription list, but when I reinstalled it on my site the subscription list when back to reading as zero.

The thing is, I know that the original feed is still in existence and working because my personal e-mail address was subscribed to the original list and I still get daily emails with the new posts to my blog. I even was able to look back and find the email from feedburner from where I subscribed to the feed but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to gain access to that old feed to obtain my original list of email subscribers in order to back them up.
