Not a valid feed

Hello,

I have a wordpress blog on my site with the following feed:
http://www.maintainfit.com/blog/feed

I've installed the feedsmith plugin and burned the feed as:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/ExerciseFitnessAndHealth

However, when I try to add my feed to feedagg or even use the feed
validator, it comes back as an invalid feed:
http://feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url=http://www.maintainfit.com/blog/feed
and
http://feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url=http://feeds.feedburner.com/ExerciseFitnessAndHealth

Can someone give me some ideas about how to fix this? By the way, I'm
subscribed to my feed just find in google reader and it loads fine in
firefox. I'm not sure what to do to make it "valid"

I have the same problem.

I have a blogspot blog and use it for my podcast. But FeedValidator
goes from telling me the feed is valid RSS to telling me it's
completely invalid.

I had to go and modify some of the posts on my blog to make it valid.
It turned out to be podpress embedding a youtube video that was the
culprit in my case.
