I've noticed that in folders and feeds that I'm viewing with starred &
unread shown, grouped by Feeds I'm getting page counts only on unread
items and is not including starred items.  Causing problems of not
showing all of the unread items if the folder or feed that have large
numbers of starred items in them.  Forcing you to continually reload
the folder or feed to read those missed items.
