Email Subscribers Gone

I have feedburner for my blog website and allow readers to sign up to receive my posts in their email.  I signed in today and all the subscribers that were subscribed via their email are gone.  The ones using a RSS reader are still listed, but the entire email list is gone.  What happened? How can I get them back?

Same here and they were yesterday as I have been watching it close.  My emails subscribers are still there -- glad they didn't delete those -- and I just exported them to be sure and have a backup if that is next! I had emails that never went out for 3/14/13 but worked on 3/19/13. Someone else had reported that stats stopped as of 3/17/13. I reported that the subject lines on the emails were all changed back to defaults, emails haven't gone out -- something is going on and not much we can do but sit and wait and hope!

Beau,  

From the Feed Stats Dashboard go to the Publicize Tab. Click email subscriptions on the left. At the bottom of the page you will see "View Subscriber Details". Click that, click export "CSV" and save it to your computer. Hope that helps.

Same problem here.  Everything is at zero.  Furthermore, it doesn't seem that anyone from Google/FeedBurner actually READS the Help Forum... and I've been very frustrated by a couple of issues (around podcast tracking) that have never been resolved.  Other people have the same problems but no help from FeedBurner.  Considering going to a different feed host.

Has anyone found a solution??? My email didn't go out to my 90+ subscribers today, so I pinged my feed, and when I checked back, my email sharing was disabled, and all of my subscribers were gone. I'm in a panic!

Good Morning -- I haven't had any problems since the March issue which was resolved. I also did a post yesterday - May 8th and my emails did go out with no problem. Wish I could be more help. Kc
