I went to bed last night and everything was fine. This morning when I
log on, Feedburner shows no listing of my five feeds and asks me to
"Claim Your Feed Now" or burn new feeds. When I check FeedMedic, all
of my feeds went down this morning at almost exactly the same time,
but then a few minutes later, according to FeedMedic, were fine.

Is anyone else out there having this problem? (Already burned feeds
missing from their account?) Based on past experience with Feedburner
it seems the best solution for me is to just to wait a few hours and
hope that this clears up. The Feedburner blog mentioned that this
issue was a problem last week but then updated the status as
"resolved" on April 24. I didn't have this problem last week so it
appears that whatever bug was causing this in the system is still
there.

Anyway, based on past experience with this forum, I know nobody from
Feedburner will respond. Just curious to find out if any blog owners/
podcast owners are experiencing the same problem.

Thanks!

I have the same problem. The account they are in was allready a Google
account, I've never had a feedburner account.

Thanks, Price Devil, for responding.

I'm going to keep my fingers crossed and hope that this is a momentary
glitch that a). the Google techs are already aware of and b). is going
to be resolved soon, like today.

Just so frustrating. Wish Google provided better customer service so
that we weren't so in the dark about what is happening with our
feeds.

Have the same experience (see my own 'question' just half an hour
earlier than yours).

Is it worth claiming again, or just wait till it somehow gets fixed??

Hi Karin,

I'm going to wait. It's annoying but I think the best course of action
is to wait and see if the issue resolves itself within the next 24 to
72 hours.

Back in February when I migrated my feeds from Feedburner to Google,
my subscriber counts dropped 90% overnight. I was so angry and upset,
especially when initially there wasn't any clear info forthcoming from
Google about whether those subscribers were gone temporarily or
permanently. It took about three to five days for my subscriber counts
to return to normal across my various feeds. Hopefully it won't take
that long this time. Timing of this just really stinks for me since I
have doing a promotional push of my podcasts that began yesterday and
now it seems like I'm not going to have any stats to see how many
downloads/new subscribers my podcasts have gotten as a result.

At least we now know that we're not alone and that this problem is
affecting others. Hang in there. :)

I'm having the same problem, too. I moved all my feeds in several
weeks ago, everything has been (relatively) fine, until this morning
when I'm getting the "Claim Your Feed Now" message. Not too excited
about it. :(

Having the same problem as everyone else. Hopefully someone will pay
attention and fix this problem because I'm sure more and more of us
will experience the same.

Same issue for me. went to bed and everything was fine...woke up and
my feeds weren't attached to my account. I guess I'll just wait it
out with the rest of you.

Same problem here, and additionally, my feeds.feedburner.com/site is
no longer automatically redirecting to the feeds2.feedburner/site
address.

I too face this issue. One more issue is that feedburner does not
allow any new subscriber to subscribe through Email subscription.

I claimed mine when Google first took over & made an okay service
worse. I didn't think that was possible. In many ways I regret
claiming my feed then.

Right now mine still asks me to claim it, so those for whom it
cleared, you're lucky. Wonder what happens if you claim it again?

No, I'll just wait. What a pain!

I tried to claim it again -- and it didn't recognize the URL. With all
of us having the same problem, hopefully, they'll get it fixed ASAP.

showing. Ugh.

My feed stats are missing also. The feed (http://feeds2.feedburner.com/
bligbi)still works, but it doesn't show up when I log into my google
acount. There's a note on the site saying this has been happening
since last week, but it's supposed to have been resolved (http://
feedburnerstatus.blogspot.com/2009/04/feeds-not-appearing-on-my-feeds-
for-few.html). I beg to differ.

This is incredibly obnoxious/annoying. I need to report on our blog
statistics and I can't even get Feedburner to recognize all of our
feeds. Where did they all go?!?!

Hi,
I'm the person who originally opened this thread. My feeds reappeared
in FeedBurner about six hours later. To anyone who is still having
this problem, do not reclaim your feeds. Do nothing (other than
posting your complaint in the forum so that Google knows that a lot of
people are havingi problems). Just wait. At least wait 24 hours before
touching anything. Good luck!

This is insanely frustrating. From what I can tell, our feeds are
still working, but I have no idea how to view any of the stats! I'm
getting the same "claim your feed" page, but nothing is working. I
tried resetting passwords, etc. I've tried letting it go for days at a
time. At least I'm not getting an error message anymore. But I need to
see the friggin stats for work, and haven't been able to find them for
3 MONTHS! Please advise!

i created a new feed during the blackout period this weekend.
then i was a bit panicky when i went into my account and could only
see the new feed, none of the other ones i had...
but then about 24 hours later when i checked again, all my feeds were
there, except the new one!

i checked again today, and the newest feed is still not showing on my
account page.
now i’m wondering if it got created properly...
or if i should create it again.

very frustrating indeed.

Seriously, I cannot claim mine either. My feed is located at
http://weightofsilence.wordpress.com/feed/ and I had it through
feedburner. This one can be used too: http://feeds2.feedburner.com/weightofsilence.
Cannot claim it in google - I enter name and password, doens't work.
It even gives me my secret question, which I AM answering correctly,
and that doesn't work either. I need to get into my feedburner account
to see my subscribers!!! What is going on? Why is this so difficult???

I am having the SAME PROBLEM! It says that I need to "claim" my feeds
and that my feed was "not found." This happened all of a sudden. One
thing I noticed, however, if I click the feed subscription tab on my
blog, I can actually view the feed! Also, I am on my email
subscription list (just to verify that it goes out everyday), and I
received today's email. Perhaps this means that the feeds are still
"good," but that we cannot access them on Feedburner at the moment.

What the hell? 11 days later my feeds are still not showing up. Do I
have to claim them *again* or what? Where is the right place to
actually get help from Google on this?
