No stats, no subscribers and no word from Feedburner. If nothing
else, how about a statement saying we are aware of this ongoing
problem and hope to have it fixed within --- days. Matt, you looked
at the site a couple of days ago and said it appears to be working -
no so - look again. Thanks.

Goodbye Feedburner! Hello Google Analytics. I am leaving Feedburner,
and recommends other bloggers to do the same thing. This thing is a
sinking ship. My stats are halved in a week!

Well I think that is just the Google strategy. They bought Feedburner
and now they break it so everybody switches to Google Analytics.
Stupid because many already had both. What was good at Feedburner was
the Feedburner pro service which enabled you to see the clicks on
links on you site.
I'm bailing, too, but I won't be using a Google service. Feedburner
has yet again dropped all 700 of my email subscribers from stats, and
there's nothing on the known issues page to explain this. It happened
last week as well and repeatedly in the past. I no longer see
responses to questions here. I'm losing what good feelings I might
have had about Google in general and see no reason to use their
products when there are alternatives that work and are supported.

Today, zero subscribers, headline animator stats have not worked for a
week. You have to wonder why they even offer this service - offering
a free aervice that does not work can not be good for Google.

I'm sure the administrators are grateful for your alerting them to any
problems ... are you sure you're not just looking at the daily count
(rather than the weekly- or however-far-back they go)?
I hope you're not relying on FeedBurner alone to broadcast your stuff.

Ha!, the administrators never respond. As you can see by reading all
the recent posts, feedburner is not presently working for anyone. No
stats and no subscribers.

Mythman, I was hopeful a year ago. But things changed recently. I
assure you I'm not just looking at the daily count, which is
(normally!) more than 1800 subscribers. This is an established blog
with more than a year of stats that worked until the switch to Google
management.
Today Feedburner is again telling me I have 0 subscribers. All my blog
and comment feeds are at 0.

My subscribe list also disappeared for the feedburner feed on
http://trueintimacies.com. Updates are not being sent. Is there a way
to recover the lost subsciber emails? Does Feedburner back up feed
addresses? Should I have been making backups? How should that be done?
This is like closing the barn door after the cows escaped.

yes, my subscribers disappeared from the list as well, but came back.
feed stats are currently not accurate and many feed subscribers have
been lost in the feed count. I no longer post a complaint for it does
not change anything. Feedburner is a great tool if it worked.
Unfortunately, it appears google may have bit off more than they can
chew with this service being ofered for free.

Is there anyone else who can manage the blog side/burn feeds side of
things? New to this whole game and have found feedburner a
nightmare. Need it to work with wordpress. Would appreicate the
advice - as have lost all subscribers, no one is responding so can't
send any feeds out.

I thought It's because I had no subscribers since it was a new blog.
Havin said that mine does show 2 subscribers.
I guess the problem is with transfering of the old subscription data
over to feedburner for statistics.
Statistics work too.... Google may have just fixed the thing.

The broken feedburner system continues - lost subscribers and lack of
feed stats being reported. If the system worked, it would be great!
The repeated failures of feedburner are not helping Google's
reputation of excellent service.
