I use Feedburner for podcasting, the latest episode is our 21st, so,
feedburner pushed episode 1 off my feed, therefore, not showing the
first episode in iTunes (or only showing my 20 most recent episodes)

Is there a way to increase the maximum number of posts shown of my
feedburner feed?

Does your original feed include all the posts?

Maybe you could point new subscribers to your website for old archived
podcasts?

yes, my original feed has all posts. I would like to have all my
episodes in iTunes instead of just the last 20 though.  I feel like
there should be a setting on feedburner to increase the posts that are
shown, but I cannot find it.  Unless it is impossible.
