This has been occurring for months now. I've resynced; copy text from
notepad, pinged, reposted and the feed does not send to my subscribers
via Feed Burner.

Can anyone offer some suggestions since this is becoming rather
frustrating and very time consuming?

Thank you, Joe

Are you sure your original feed is updating correctly?

Hi Peggy,

I'm not sure what you mean by "original" feed? I changed nothing and
this problem began about 4 weeks ago. Sometimes my posts reach
subscribers in about 12 hours and now it has been over 24 hours.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks, Joe

Your original feed is the feed you burned and configured in Feedburner.  It's the feed generated by the content management system you use to run your blog.

Yes, I believe it is the original feed. FYI: my feed sent out the post
last night, 24 hours after the fact but maybe due to the fact that I
re-posted the post.

I sure wish I could determine the root of the problem and the long
delay.

Thanks

HI Joe, any resolution? My feeds have not been sent out since 5/13.

Thanks

Hi Molly,

My feed eventually sent but I believe that was because I made a second
identical post. I suspect that the problem is not solved and I cannot
find a suitable solution to trouble shoot the issue. I sure wish there
was an easier way to troubleshoot the feedburner issue.

Keep in touch, Joe

Hi Joe - would it be better to cut the feedburner option altogether and push RSS subscriptions? i think it's nuts that Google puts something out there and then just lets it die like this. But ... I get what I pay for. :/

Hi Molly,

You make an interesting point and I will have to investigate the RSS
subscriptions since that is new to me. Have you used this option?

I think people like me who use Blogspot and feedburner as a business
marketing tool would be willing to pay a modest charge for the
privilege.

Hi Joe:

FeedBlitz is a paid premium supported alternative to FeedBurner. So, I
call your bluff :)

There's a free guide to migrating here: http://www.feedblitz.com/the-feedburner-migration-guide/

and a link to in-depth feature differences here:

I have both on my blog and feedburner is not working and feedblitz is. I dropped pushing feedblitz due to ads for abortions etc appearing on my blog posts going out. When Feedburner arrived on Google I was thankful not to have to pay feedburner to leave off offensive ads. I did not mind some ads but there were moral issues involved here and for that alone the almost 200 blogs set up by our company avoided feedblitz.  Plus how would you change your followers to feedblitz once they have been using feedburner as their subscription for years? That is hoping they will re up with your new process.  I would rather google FIX feedburner.  But we may all be forced to paying feedblitz to avoid controversial advertising on their free feed.
