RSS Feed not Updating after Upgrade to WordPress 2.8.4

My feed has been functioning with no problems for literally a few
years. But a couple weeks ago I upgraded to WP 2.8.4 (from 2.8.1) and
now although I have two new posts on my home page (http://
www.softwarebyrob.com) they are not appearing in my feed (http://
feeds.feedburner.com/SoftwareByRob).

I have re-synched the feed, I have disabled the FeedSmith plugin, and
I have disabled all of my plugins but nothing has any effect.

I'm also confused by the fact that this URL should be my RSS feed
source: http://www.softwarebyrob.com/rss2, but even when I disable the
FeedSmith plugin, when I hit http://www.softwarebyrob.com/rss2 it
still takes me to FeedBurner. I can't figure out any way to keep
FeedBurner from redirecting my feed (I've even gone and looked
in .htaccess and there's nothing fishy in there).

At this point, after 3 hours of troubleshooting, I am throwing up my
hands. I see someone else has also encountered this issue (http://
wordpress.org/support/topic/314499).

Looking for some help here - I have exhausted all troubleshooting
avenues.

I figured it out. I went into FeedBurner and changed the "source" URL
for my feed from:

http://www.softwarebyrob.com/rss2

to

http://www.softwarebyrob.com/feed/

And everything works now.

My best guess is that the /rss2 format has been deprecated. Things
that would have been good to know 5 hours ago when I started
troubleshooting.

I'm having the same problem with my feed not updating.

I have a Wordpress blog at www.inspiredjourneyfitness.com. The last
post picked up by Feedburner was on Sept. 23. I've had seven posts
since that date and none have come through Feedburner.

The Wordpress blog I am trying to feed from
(www.inspiredjourneyfitness.com) was set up around that date and I
imported previous posts from Blogger. I was using Feedburner with
that Blogger blog as well. When I stopped posting to Blogger, I
edited the feed info at Blogger to stop using Feedburner.

The feed on the Wordpress blog is http://feeds2.feedburner.com/InspiredJourneyFitness.
When I go into the control panel at Feedburner, the Original Feed is
http://feeds2.feedburner.com/InspiredJourneyFitness and the Feed
Address is http://feeds.feedburner.com/InspiredJourneyFitness.

I have pinged Feedburner using the Ping page but the newer posts don't
show up. The posting time for those old posts does change to reflect
that the ping seems to be recognized. I have also re-synced the feed
with no success either.

Based on Rob's reports above and others I've seen elsewhere, I also
disabled Feedsmith and that doesn't seem to have solved the problem.

What am I missing?
