Where Are My Subscription Emails?

I've subscribed to my own blog, just to check that the latest posts
are being emailed. I haven't been receiving the emails lately. Why is
that? My feed:

Same thing is happening to me - I've subscribed to my own email
notification after people began telling me that they are subscribing
and not notified.
Somebody should have an answer - it's an outrage that there is no
contact for support when part of the service goes down!
