Hi, I need some help with uncommon uses on my feed at http://feeds.feedburner.com/thefitshack.

Yesterday they topped out at 246, highest ever. I have a content thief stealing my full feed and reposting it on their splog and I'd like to know if this is why the uncommon uses is so high. You can see it listed in UU's for the past week under weight-loss-pharmacy dot blogspot dot com.

Besides my question about the high # of UU's and if it's because of the content thief, is there any way to block the thief since it is an uncommon use? Normally I'd block with IP in .htaccess but it's on blogspot so I've sent DMCA to Google. I still want to block the thief on my end from accessing my feed in the first place, though.

Also, do you know what the 2nd UU is in my list for today? It's from IP 64.233.167.104 and resolves to py-in-f104.google.com. It says it's a cache of the splog site but I wonder why it's in my uncommon uses.

Yeah, I filed a DMCA with Google, but I'd like to know if the splogger is the reason for my uncommon uses being so high (?), or just what the reason is. The total use under my uncommon uses for 013008 is 246, and I don't understand where that's coming from. When I look at the views, they only total 24.

Actually, in viewing that page I'd agree that it's a cached view of a search result from Blogger, via weight-loss-pharmacy.blogspot.com; it qualifies as an Uncommon Use because it's a referrer that isn't a recognized web-based aggregator, your own website, or another site recognized by us as a standard feed consumer.
