How to create FeedBurner network

Hi, I run environmental green-blog ( www.ekoblogas.info) and consider create FB network but don't see any options on my account. How can I create it?

Network creation within FeedBurner has been put on hold while we continue to work toward FeedBurner's complete integration into Google. We'll be certain to post something on http://blogs.feedburner.com when Networks-related capabilities are re-activated for publishers.
