Email delivery at mail.ru is broken

Hi, I have a feed in russian. But when my feed delivered via email to
subscribers at mail.ru service it looks broken.

At feedburner header was

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8

now

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=KOI8-R; format=flowed; delsp=yes

Why KOI8-R ???

In Gmail.com service everyting ok, but on mail.ru this problem. Before
transfer account everything were good.

Haven't received any email yet. However, I have confirmed that the
emails from Google are NOT encoded in UTF-8. I have reported the
problem to the FeedBurner Team.

A email has been received. The characters look same as those in your
feed using Windows Live Mail and Windows Live Hotmail. Mail.ru may not
support the KOI8-R encoding and you should contact them for support. I
have also asked the FeedBurner Team to use back UTF-8 as soon as
possible.
