Podcast Image upload to Feedburner

Sorry if this is really basic, but I can't for the life of me find any
advice on uploading an image to my podcast through feedburner...

I've put in all details on the Smartcast page. I want to upload an
image that will show up in my iTunes submitted-feed. I thought you
just needed to upload one a la facebook etc but I now find out it
needs to be in code.

I tried hosting my image on FreeImageHosting.net and the code it gave
me:

Smartcast doesn't like, saying it's "invalid".

What code do I use?! Please help!
