Editing the XML for better iTunes Podcast Listing

I have a podcast I'm feeding to iTunes. The XML is missing several
tags that iTunes needs for proper listing in the iTunes store. I can
VIEW my XML on here, but how do I add to the XML the various iTunes
tags I need? I can't seem to find an actual answer anywhere!
