Audio podcast being cut short on iTunes.

Our podcasts on occasion have been having an issue when uploading/
linking to the store. On a weekly basis we upload video and audio
podcasts through the linking of our RSS feed (Feedburner) and also
utilizing the Blubrry Powerpress plugin. On our site and server both
the video and audio files are in their entirety, but upon being posted
in the iTunes store they are sometimes being presented at a shortened
length. This morning our video and audio were fine on our site, but
on the iTunes store the audio stream was cut at 30 minutes (the
podcast should be 1hr 15min). Somehow though, the video stream on
iTunes is up in its entirety without issue.

We would love to stop this from happening! Any ideas?
