Related to ping is throttled debacle. Please Help Me

Now that the ping is throttled has been recognized, I am having
problems with the podcasts not getting the proper enclosures. I hope
that is stated correctly. My podcasts are not being seen as podcasts
now. Itunes has not been updated for weeks and i looked at podmedic
and this is the message i see:

Media enclosure not created because: The content type returned from
your host server was a text type, not a binary media type. Podcast
content should always return a binary media type, such as audio/mpeg
for audio, or video/mpeg for video.

I have not changed anything I do when posting and publishing a new
podcast and had no problems until the ping is throttled message
started to appear. Now when my subscribers do get an update my
podcasts look like a simple text blog entry to them and I Tunes is not
recognizing my newest podcasts. Did you folks at feedburner change
something? I really need my podcasts to start becoming podcasts again
( that's what the enclosures are for i thought). My stats and
subscribers were just starting to climb and now the numbers are
plummeting!
