Need help with FeedBurner and our Help Center doesn't have the answers? Post your question(s) in this Group. Our previous home for discussions, FeedBurner Forums, is now closed to new posts but nearly all of its content history, from late 2004 onward, has been imported into this Group and is searchable here. (The old Forums site will remain up and running for some time to come for reference/web search results.)

Also, although we do link to feedvalidator.org from within FeedBurner as a helpful tool to determine problems that prevent original feeds from working properly with FeedBurner, feedvalidator.org and its related Google Group are completely unaffiliated with FeedBurner as a product.

When posting your question, please make sure that you include the following info:  

a. website or blog URL associated with the feed you're asking about, plus the URL of that site's feed if known

b. URL of the FeedBurner feed you are using

c. what blogging software or publishing platform you are using, e.g. Blogger, WordPress, TypePad, or ExpressionEngine.

A team of FeedBurner Community Experts can be found in the Group, offering their advice and expertise. An official Google employee, identified by the "FeedBurner Guide" profile, will also be available to answer questions from time to time.
