I've just performed a coherence measure between two EEG time series. I
get the following lambda_Coh (375 points, which corresponds to the
time points I have in each epoch). However, I don't know how to
interpret this. As explained in the paper, those should be the
frequencies that the coherence is calculated for. If so, why are they
all 0.? Also, is there a way to choose the frequencies and time points
before I calculate the coherence?
I'm using two time series in the format 375 x 39 where 375 are the
time points, and 39 are the epochs. This is the format for each brain
region (electrode).
