FBreader BUGS in non ascii file names

I using FBReader 0.12.1 for Linux (Debian 5) from Debian/Ubuntu
repository.
And FBReader can not see files and folders with non ascii chars.

Did you mean there is a problem with the build from our repository?
Could you please report more details (problem file/folder name, system
locale you use)?
