Hello,

Just a reminder about the ladies cooking day tomorrow from 10am - 3pm. Please bring $1 if you are staying to eat with us. The money will be used for the Ladies Tea and Fall Retreat. Please feel free to invite your friends and family to come learn how to cook with us as well. The theme is "Mexican: Fast, Easy and on a Budget".

May 13th from 10am- 2pm the younger ladies will be cooking lunch for
everyone.
Our main dish is chicken tortilla soup. If any one would like to sign
up to bring something to go along with that please contact Tammy Hood,
Jessica Phillips, Melanie Howington, Niki Seeber, or Brandi
Featherston.

Awana Grand Prix

Hello All,

We are having our Awana Grand Prix pine car race tomorrow from 3pm - 7pm. It is a lot of fun. Come out and watch us race our cars. We will have a bounce house and concession stands. It is at First Baptist Sachse, 2412 Third St, Sachse TX 75048.

Womens ministry update

Our meeting went well. We have set 2 dates set.
On Monday February 20th we will have movie night at 6:30 pm bringing a
snack and
drink to share. The plan is to start the movie at 7 pm and watch

Treasure.

Cobey is doing better today. She is still weak, but no more fever and her
coughing has subsided somewhat. She also looks better today. Brother Jim
spent some time with her this Morning and brought her some biscuits and
gravy for breakfast. Also, she didn't sleep all day, so she is doing better

Hello All,

Cobey has starting coughing quite a bit, and she was running a temp of 102
on Sunday evening. They called the Hospice Nurse to come in on Monday.
After examining Cobey, she told us that Cobey is coughing up her bowels. If
this does not subside quickly, then it might be just a matter of days.
